  • Mustard oil

Mustard oil has great importance in the old Indian tradition.   • Olive oil

Olive oil is beneficial for the skin. Olive oil contains antioxidants called flavonoids squalene and polyphenols that protect cells from being destroyed by free radicals. It is very beneficial for dry skin in winter and summer. After bathing, apply olive oil on the body, this will eliminate dark spots from the body and the skin will remain glowing throughout the day.   • Sesame oil
